The chair contracts your pelvic floor muscles thousands of times in a single 30-minute session, far more than you could manage with Kegels alone. Who shouldn't use the HIEMT chair?

Anyone pregnant. Anyone with heart disease, a pacemaker or defibrillator, thyroid disease, epilepsy, renal failure, or malignant tumours in or near the treatment area. Anyone with metal or electronic implants in the area: stents, contraceptive rings, drug pumps, nerve stimulators. If any of these apply, I will not run the treatment. Message me if you're not sure.

How many sessions are in a course?

Six to ten sessions, two sessions a week, thirty minutes each. The exact number depends on how long the muscles have been weakened and what your starting baseline is. After the course, I recommend either a top-up session every six weeks or a regular Kegel routine to hold the result.
