Targeted treatments for stubborn fat deposits and sluggish circulation that don’t respond to diet and exercise. I offer fat freezing (cryolipolysis) and pressotherapy, both carried out using professional equipment in the privacy of my treatment room. Neither requires any recovery time afterwards.

These treatments work beneath the surface

These treatments focus on what’s happening beneath the surface — stubborn fat deposits that don’t respond to diet and exercise, or sluggish circulation that leaves you feeling heavy and uncomfortable. Both are carried out using professional equipment in the privacy of my treatment room, and neither requires any recovery time afterwards.

THE TREATMENT

Fat Freezing

Fat freezing — also known as cryolipolysis — uses controlled cooling to target and reduce fat cells in specific areas of the body. The treated fat cells are gradually eliminated by your body’s natural processes over the weeks following treatment.

This is not a weight loss treatment. It’s designed for those stubborn areas that don’t shift despite a healthy lifestyle — the kind of pockets that sit on the abdomen, flanks, thighs, or upper arms and just won’t budge.

Results typically become visible 4–12 weeks after treatment as your body processes the treated fat cells. Some clients are happy with a single session; others prefer a second treatment for the same area after 8–12 weeks.

THE TREATMENT

What Happens During Fat Freezing

A cooling applicator is placed on the target area. You may feel intense cold initially, followed by numbness as the area adjusts. Most clients find they can relax, read, or use their phone during the session.

Fat freezing works best when you’re close to your target weight but have localised areas of stubborn fat. It’s not suitable as a general weight loss method, and results will vary from person to person.

Sessions are available for one or two areas — treating two areas in a single appointment saves time and gives you a better overall result.

LYMPHATIC SUPPORT

Pressotherapy

Pressotherapy uses gentle, rhythmic compression to support your body’s lymphatic system — the network responsible for removing waste and excess fluid from your tissues.

During the treatment, you’ll wear specialised compression boots or a body suit that inflates and deflates in a controlled sequence, working from the extremities inward. The sensation is similar to a deep, rhythmic massage — most clients find it genuinely relaxing.

Pressotherapy also pairs well with facial treatments. Many of my clients add a pressotherapy session to their facial appointment for a more complete experience — while I work on your skin, the compression boots work on your circulation.

WHAT IT HELPS WITH

Why Clients Book Pressotherapy

Fluid retention and bloating. Heavy, tired legs — particularly if you’re on your feet all day or sit for long periods. Post-exercise recovery and muscle fatigue. General sluggishness or that feeling of everything being “a bit much.”

It’s a simple, relaxing treatment with no downtime — you can carry on with your day immediately afterwards.

What to Expect

What To Expect From Your Appointment

Before

Fat Freezing: no special preparation needed. Wear comfortable clothing. Pressotherapy: same — just come as you are.

During

Fat Freezing: a cooling applicator is placed on the treatment area. You may feel intense cold initially, then numbness. Sessions last 1 hour 20 minutes for one area, or 2 hours for two areas. Pressotherapy: you’ll wear compression boots or a body suit. The treatment is rhythmic and relaxing — 30 or 45 minutes depending on your booking.

After

Both treatments: no downtime. You can return to normal activities straight away. Some redness or temporary numbness in the treated area is normal with fat freezing.

Results

Fat Freezing: changes typically visible 4–12 weeks after treatment. A second session can be booked after 8–12 weeks if needed. Pressotherapy: many clients feel lighter and more comfortable immediately after their first session.

While You’re Here…

Many of my body treatment clients also have questions about their skin — texture changes, dryness, sensitivity, or areas that just don’t look the way they used to.

If you’ve ever wondered what your skin actually needs — beyond cleansing and moisturising — a Skin Analysis might be worth considering. It’s a relaxed, hour-long session where I assess your skin properly and give you honest recommendations. No obligation, no sales pitch. Just professional advice.

Many of my facial clients start here. It’s a simple, low-commitment way to find out what your skin could benefit from.

Questions & Answers

Most clients feel intense cold for the first few minutes, followed by numbness. It’s not painful — more unusual than uncomfortable. You can read, use your phone, or just relax during the session.

Many clients see good results from a single session. If you’d like more reduction in the same area, a second session can be booked after 8–12 weeks. I’ll give you an honest assessment of what to expect based on the area you want treated.

Like a deep, rhythmic massage. The compression boots inflate and deflate in a controlled sequence — most clients find it genuinely relaxing. Some people feel lighter on their feet straight away afterwards.

Yes — pressotherapy pairs particularly well with facial treatments. You can book the combined option directly online. The compression boots work on your circulation while I work on your skin.

No. Fat freezing is designed for localised areas of stubborn fat that don’t respond to diet and exercise — like the abdomen, flanks, thighs, or upper arms. It works best when you’re close to your target weight and want to address specific pockets. I’ll always be honest about whether it’s the right option for you.

Changes typically become visible 4–12 weeks after treatment as your body naturally processes the treated fat cells. It’s a gradual process — not an overnight change — which means results look natural.
