For waxing, lashes, and most treatments — no, you can book straight in. For facials, I recommend starting with a Skin Analysis (£30, 1 hour) so I can assess your skin properly and recommend the right treatment for you.

Yes — a patch test is needed at least 24 hours before any tinting or lash lift treatment. This is for your safety and is completely free. You can pop in quickly during working hours or I can arrange it before your first appointment.

Yes, of course. I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to someone else. You can manage your bookings directly through Fresha — it’s quick and easy.

I work by appointment only to make sure every client gets my full attention and there’s no waiting around. Same-day appointments are sometimes available — check Fresha or send me a WhatsApp message to ask.
